The 10-year-old pineau rosé is aged in oak barrels, produced in the traditional way, and hand-packed in small, highly distinctive batches with fruity, cognac-like notes. This rare pineau is one of the jewels in the appellation's crown.
Nose: marked by notes of red and exotic fruits: strawberry, lychee. Figs, walnuts and vanilla wood follow. Slightly oxidative, you'll notice aromas of old cognac.
Palate: a soft, slightly syrupy attack, this pineau evolves towards notes of roses, loukoum with a great acidic freshness. You'll then discover aromas of old cognac and coffee.
