Description
Tasting notes :
Nose : complex with notes of dried fruit, nuts, chestnuts, leather, and old furniture.
Palate : fresh, rich, subtle and complex. Notes of roasted fruit (chestnut, cashew nut).
Finish : fresh, long and rich with notes of yellow fruit (kumquat) and spices (clove, cumin).
Cereal : barley.
Ageing : first in old French oak barrels that previously contained Cognac, then refined in new barrels followed by old chestnut barrels that previously contained Cognac.
