American Oak 10 years old Bache-Gabrielsen Cognac Anniversary Edition

Tasting notes :

Colour : weathered leather.

Nose : notes of custard, vanilla pod, coconut shortbread and peppermint.

Palate : notes of crème brûlée, tonka bean, and a rich complexity of woody, spicy and white pepper aromas.

Finish : rounded with notes of exotic fruits.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : 2 years in French oak barrels, followed by 8 years in American oak barrels.
