On the nose : Particularly delicate, notes of vanilla and apricot, enveloped by fresh notes of passion fruit, orange zest and almond.
On the palate : Intense and persistent, a perfectly balanced final touch of this rare Cognac.
Single Vineyard Domaine La Rambaudie Grande Champagne :
Nose : Ripe cherry and muscat grape, fresh fig and quince. Notes of vanilla, spices and soft leather.
Palate : Naturally sweet with some rancio; beautifully rounded, finishing with just the slightest woody notes and a hint of pepper.
Finish : Extremely vivacious and characterful.
XXO :
Nose : Gourmet perfumes of stewed pear and peach, elevated by notes of wood, nutmeg, saffron and roasted, toasted scents.
Palate : A real explosion of aromas blending gingerbread, raisin bread, elegant leather, Sichuan pepper, dried fig and Muscat seeds.
