Tasting notes :
In the glass, it has an amber-brown colour.
On the nose : discreet notes of yellow fruits, plums and licorice.
The palate is supple and well-balanced. Smooth and mellow, it expresses aromas of candied apricot. The gourmet tasting ends with a long, comforting finish. A magnificent Cognac, elegant and complex.
This Cognac comes from a small estate in the village of Aujac. Carefully preserved by the owner since its distillation, it was passed on to his daughter, who then entrusted the batch to Grosperrin House years later. This Cognac has a special value because, as the last batch from the winery, it was for the daughter the ultimate testimony to her father's work.
